Are You a Blamer?
Do you blame others for the unfortunate situations in your life? I used to be a blamer. I thought other people were responsible for my happiness and well being. When things went wrong I searched for someone to be the culprit for it.
Being a blamer allows you to not take responsibility for for your own life. If a person or situation makes you unhappy, you have to take the initiative to get your needs met and your boundaries respected. No one owes you anything. You have to be proactive in creating the life you want.
